The Rental Rates quoted include everything - there are no added costs or charges. We pay to have our house professionally cleaned just prior to your arrival, and everything listed below is included in the rental. All we ask is that you treat our Home and belongings with respect, and return everything to us in good condition. Please note that we do not allow Weddings, Proms, Bachellor Parties, or large "Party Events" of any kind, at any time. Family Reunions and moderate Adult gatherings (as would be customary in one's own home) are welcome.
As we are entrusting our nicely appointed multi-million dollar home to you, please understand that we have a
Non-Negotable Security Deposit of $3,000 for rentals of any duration.
We are happy to put you in contact with previous tenants who will confirm that we return Security Deposits promply, and in full.
