The main side yard lawn runs all the way
from the driveway through to the water.



This main lawn area is large enough
for a variety of sporting activities.



The Lawn runs right up to
the water's edge.

The  Dock:

A large Dock complex offers
many different ways to have fun!



Out on the end of the Dock is a great place
for kids to do a little Fishing ...



... or some Crabbing ...



... we catch lots of fun things!



At 110 Feet Long,
with 4 side docks over 30 feet each,
there is lots of room.



One section is wide enough to be
like a deck out on the water.



Water around the dock is usually about
3 to 4 feet deep, with a sandy bottom.



There is a ladder to make it easy for
anyone to get in and out of the water.



There is room for you to park
 jet-skiis, or a boat,
and for friends to tie up for a visit.



And the fun is not limited just to the Bay!



There is lots of room to have a Kiddie Pool or two in the yard.



Our Large Parking Lot can
accomodate up to 9 cars.



A lovely cedar Outdoor Showerhouse
is a great place to wash off the sand
when you return form the Beach.
