A Premium Home in Excellent Condition offers 4 Bedrooms plus a huge Great Room to comfortably sleep up to 17 people, with 3.5 Bathrooms plus an outside shower-house. Enjoy inside dining for up to 18 with Sunset Views, plus Covered Porch tables & chairs for 16 to dine "al fresco" looking out over the Bay. A large Living Room w/ fireplace looks out to the Bay, and even the Kitchen and Wet Bar have Bay Views. The Gourmet Kitchen is completely outfitted with 2 refrigerators, ice maker, high-output gas stove, 2 full ovens plus microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, a full compliment of appliances, and a TV. Enjoy cooking outside on a large Weber gas grill - rain or shine on the Covered Porch.

Enjoy full shared use of our large Dock Complex for swimming, fishing, crabbing, or feeding the ducks. We have plenty of space to dock your boats or jet-skis. There is also a TV-Room/Den, and a huge multi-purpose Great Room with vaulted ceiling, convertible couches, and TV.
