Our Town, Mantoloking* is the wealthiest community in NJ, and among the most expensive and upscale towns in the country, so access to this exclusive waterfront home is a truly rare opportunity. A private and quiet residential community, Mantoloking has no hotels, B&B’s, or businesses of any kind – just multi-million dollar homes in a beautiful and classic Jersey Shore town. Mantoloking also is where the land between the Bay and the Ocean is at it's narrowest (However, Beach Replenishment has been completed in our area, so we have a wonderful big wide beach now!) - meaning it is always a very short walk to the Beach, and with virtually no public parking there are typically only a handful of local residents who share our beautiful and unspoiled Beach.  This is extremely rare on the Jersey Shore, and is one of only a few places where you can enjoy a free, virtually private beach.
