Our Town, Mantoloking* is one of the wealthiest communities in NJ, and among the most expensive and upscale towns in the country, so access to this exclusive waterfront home is a truly rare opportunity. A private and quiet residential community, Mantoloking has no hotels, B&B’s, or businesses of any kind – just multi-million dollar homes in a beautiful and classic Jersey Shore town. Mantoloking also is where the land between the Bay and the Ocean is at it's narrowest (with our Beach Replenishment program we now have a wonderful big beach!) - meaning it is always a very short walk to the Beach, and with very limited public parking there are typically only a handful of local residents who share our beautiful and unspoiled Beach.  This is extremely rare on the Jersey Shore, and is one of only a few places where you can enjoy a free, virtually private beach.
