Our House is located in one of the few places on the Jersey Shore where you can be in a waterfront home with direct panoramic views of the sunset and a short walk (less than 300 yards) to one of the most beautiful and private beaches in New Jersey. Our backyard is directly on the water’s edge with 70 feet of boardwalk and a ladder for easy access to the bay to enjoy all water activities. There is limited access to a large dock next door if you need to dock a boat.
Our Home offers unlimited options to swim, play, lay in the sun, or just relax by the bay. A Wonderful Classic Shore Home for an extended family or a group of friends looking for a Premium vacation opportunity, with all the benefits of being right on Barnegat Bay AND just a short walk from a virtually Private Beach.

*Not available to rent before June 15 or after August 10, 2024
No Weddings, Proms or other “Party” events allowed at any time – Must be over 30 to sign Lease
